Books with a high graphic content do pose a problem with some of the eBook retail sites. The amount of of graphics increases the file size and some of these websites limit the maximum file size and some charge extra for the bandwidth used in delivering the file to the customer.
Fortunately this is changing as bandwidth becomes cheaper for the retailers. Certainly Apple is leading the way by saying there is no limit to the file size. They are looking forward to customers using cloud storage, that’s internet connected file storage, to keep the files they buy, rather than keep them on a particular device.
We will be happy to quote on formatting books with a large graphic content both for eBooks and for producing layout for regular printing or printing on demand editions.
